  • Absolutely not any faster than a front mount.  But cool just the same

  • @IMRKJMSBITCH It IS faster because I can use High gear to go forward to line up the next push. Also the gear ratio in reverse is higher than the low gear going forward.

    I also don't have a receiver hitch on the front, so it had to go on the back.

  • Any reason to use a rear plow as opposed to a front one? I've never seen one for a UTV before.

  • I don't have a 2 inch receiver hitch on the front. We had just got the the plow for the truck, and I wanted to see how much snow it could move.

    Another benefit of using it on the back is that I can drive forward faster (in high range) than if I had to backup for the next pass.

    You can see the same plow mounted on an F150 truck in another of my videos.

  • @motorider29 I call her "the supervisor" because she is usually following any action in the yard and is very good at making sure people watching don't get in the way of working machinery.
