sorry for not replying sooner =p i sent you that message in your e-mail but i'll post it here as well.

Teach as many GF's as you can the HP-J ability, and junction tornado to your HP. You will need 100 tornado's, and you can get them from the blue bird monsters outside Delling city. Or, you can refine 5 Aero's to 1 Tornado using Quetzalcoatl Mid Mag Refine ability. (at least i think you can, i know it works for fire - > Fira)

Any GF's that you miss from any boss fight in this game, you will have the opportunity to get again in disk 4 in ultemicia's castle. you just have to draw them from a different boss.

you probly do not have a GF with the HP-J ability learned on the character your trying to junction with. Its been a while since i played but i know the Brothers, Ifrit, and i THINK Quez, all have HP-J ability that can be learned. Once they learn it, make sure you have one of them equiped to the character your trying to junction magic to hp with.

I always wished I could just leave NORG there in the basement and skip fighting him. I mean, it's not like he's gonna get up and come get you; he's too fat. And then once you beat him you never see him again. Why does he TALK-LIKE-THIS? What is that supposed to sound like, anyway? Can't help but wonder.

You use tornado for HP junction? I use quake refined from dino bones. 400 less hp, but still good. Tornado is best for strength in this part of the game.

Norg is weak against wind if you use wind element junc. atk.

NORG was very random and creepy. you dont learn of him until you reach garden again and yeah norg was very random--i didnt see the boss battle coming

i could have used magic i guess, but im one of those stingy people that hate to use magic in this game because then i have to redraw it later =( this is like, the only fight i really use GF's in.

Fucking Shit! When I fought norg I didn't junction anything before this fight and it was a long time before I saved. Wah wah wahhhhh. I just went through the fight without junction on the other two characters.

yes, to get your hp this high, use what i consider to be the BEST HP junction (outside of Ultima) early in the game... Tornado.

Get 100 Tornado Spells per character, either by drawing them from the birds outside of Galbadia or by refining Aero spells into tornados. This will give you a few thousand HP at least, and if your characters are higher level, could give you as much as 4-5k more hp. Combine that with abilities such as hp + 40% or hp+ 80% and you can have loads of hp no problem.

outside the tomb of the unknown king is where I get my tornados...but to do that you need to power level quite a bit before hand so that Tornado is available to draw

Some easier and less time comsuming: Refine Tents with L-Magic Convert to Curaga, and steal 100 lifes ASAP. Combine with HP + x% and voila!

very true, i just dont like to use reflect because it sends heals away from the intended would have been healed person. But if you can kill norg quickly, reflect is a great option, that i sort of overlooked during the fight.

what level are your characters at cuz im fighting him and my sqaull is lvl 21

I was level 61 but even at level 21 you should be able to beat him if you just follow this strategy, because the monsters in final fantasy 8 (bosses included, except maybe ultemecia) adjust to your level. so if your low level, they are weaker, if your high level, they are stronger.
