Dude!!! my uts feel like someone flicked them and it wont go away any way i was checkin my nuts nuts and i found a semi hard lump and its about the size of an airsoft bb. i checked the other one and found nothing. but that thing is definently a lump and not a tube. im scared i dont want one ball =(
@ToAstYNaChO As a man currently going thru testicular cancer and chemo, I would say go to the doctor and ask his/her opinion. Considering the size, if it is cancer, then you've caught it early. Although it could be a number of other things. In any case please go to the doctor, I promise you that you won't regret it :)

check your bollocks every day lads,
oval shaped and if you give them a squeeze it makes you cough.
lumps or hard bits then go to the doctor as you might be able to save one bollock
