that many egg's is not healthy! a high increase in cholesterol and very dangerous in the long run 2 eggs would suffice 15 calorie's per egg so 30 calorie's from the egg's then add extra with the oatmeal....

Brad Pitt is an ectomorph. He lifted weights and took it easy on the cardio. His diet was so so. If youre an mesomorph or endomorph your body type will be much different then brad pitts no matter how ripped you are.
I work out 5 days a week that won't fill me up worth shit I wish I could eat like that.
I just can't stay full from healthy foods so I end up eating moderately healthy. Anyone else have this problem? They say veggies keep you full with fibers or whatever but in my case that's complete bullshit.

Its true you can get mercury poisoning I know people who got it after eating twice a week after few years it comes only when you get older because it gets stuck in your organs until they start not working properly then you'll notice :)

you can get mercury poisoning or even if few people get poisined it dammages your organ and when you get old and have a weeker immune system you will get sick much easier, anyway its almost the same for everything too much red meat is bad for you too it gives cancer, its good to alternate food, our body its not meant to eat only proteins to get brad pitt abs....

I did 2-3 hours weight-lifting 4+ days a week, and I ate A LOT of carbs and protein to help put on the weight. And I was not running very much. Before the school year was out, I was up to 145 for sure, maybe closer to 150. Now,7 years later, I do a lot more running, less weights, to stay cut and keep the fat off.

Get AOR or Progressive. the better the quaility of the protein the better your muscles can recover; for any healthy diet related nutrition dont go to fucking Costco, try a real supplement store. you can also buy stuff online even directly for the companies.
@grimshake the acid in the stomich is really strong. doesnt matter in what shape the protein comes in other than it has to be some of the 9 proteins the body cant produce itself... also why you dont have to eat raw eggs (like rocky) or dont eat pasturized eggs... its all the same to the body :)
