that was not a correct renegade man maker. You must do a thruster style movement after the double clean. Not just a clean and press. But still a great exercise none the less.
I've seen this before called a "Sasquatch Burpee". You can also hit the abs more by making them "prisoner pushups" where you bring each knee to the side during the pushup. The row is really over kill as your lats get worked by pushups (most people don't know that) and the biceps get hit with the curl.
good exercise. but your feet arent supposed to move on the rowa nd your hips should point toward the ground at all times. hip movement makes the exercise easier. therefore wrong...mark twight 2009

I'd rather just do burpees clean & press, which is basically the same movement minus the rows. It allows you to keep a faster pace.
