Dont be silly. If she was simply confined to one body she would have died when the enterprise took out the cube originally in TNG. Shes not a person, she is quite literally the Borg, very easy to download into a new body elsewhere. Voyager may have damaged one of many transwarp hubs but the Borg span thousands and thousands of worlds, I am quite sure we wont have seen the last of them.

For those who don't know latin, it might suggest that Kirk get's assimlated and becomes "Exitium" of borg, like how Picard become Locutus. The only change I'd make here would be the addition of Uhura's line from ST VI: "we're to put back to space-dock immediately... to be decommissioned." It'd work very well after the line: "... and now one captain, against orders."
