When did you start to feed them? I heard if hand feeding is initiated within two weeks after the birth of the chicks taming is impossible to. Is this true?
@veetuv before i had #5 Zebra Fiches,i started to breed them and i was scared, but i searched and learned about them , now i have like #21 super tame Zebra Finch, people pay $50.oo, #80.oo to #100.oo US dollars for each finch Bird, these birds are very good for kids,i am very proud of my self =-D,if you want to learn about finches i recomend that you search your self, before i asked too many people, they all had different opinions,just google this," How to Breed Zebra Finches "
Sorry, I can't answer your question .... I haven't had that problem with my babies. You should join a gouldian site. They have a lot more information on this matter that I would be able to give you. All the best.

I only fed the babies three times a day. They were getting ready to leave the nest by this time and I noticed the yellow backs weren't being feed as much as the green backs. So I decided to just top them up. Good luck!
You couldn't see in the video that their crops were full. If you noticed, they had no problem going back into the cage. It just takes them a few seconds and then they know that's enough.

You buy this mixture from the store and all you have to do is add water to it. According to their age.

I fed the babies Hagen Tropican ( baby hand-feeding formula). Just follow the directions and everything should work out just fine. Good luck.
