  • Not if u rode the DART rail for a long time. First time I heard it, I was scared. Now since I ride it more, Not much of a loud noise anymore cause my ears can withstand that horn. SORRY BLUE LINE. Your Horn Does not effect me. LOL. IT WILL NEVER WORK EVER.
