The light mount tabs are welded to the bumper and cannot be removed. You wire up the lights by running the red or white wire to the positive side of the battery and the black wire to the negative side of the battery. The wires can be zip-tied to the bumper to keep them out of the way.
I have the smittybuilt rockers and they are everything from a rocker u would want

how do you wire the lights on the bumper. my src bumper has little tabs under the light mounts but i cant get them out.
