I remember reading about this interview in a magazine. When Nas said "i don`t want to hear the radio disc Jockeys making records that`s terrible"he was talking about Angie Martinez.Nas is a real brother,Jay-z took it up the asshole to make it big in hiphop and hot 97 sucks hippopotamus balls.
Listen Stalin1983, I can write. I just noticed I spelled Kelis' name wrong. It doesn't matter though because I've never been a fan of hers. Man look, I understand what you're talking about. I used Ludacris as an example. He's been in the game commercially for 10 years and you haven't heard about any drama in the news surrounding his personal life. No charges, no court orders, no nothing. That's not saying he doesn't have problems, it just says he's smart enough to keep a personal life private.
He talked a good talk but when it came time to walk he fell. I still listen to his classics but he seemed to lose touch. Then his personal life spiraled out of control all in the open. I knew that his marriage to that slut Kellis was a fluke. It was too obvious and looked like a big publicity stunt. That's why I like Ludacris a lot because unlike 50 Cent or Puffy he doesn't have all his "baby mama drama" out for people to speculate on. He has a daughter and that's all you see about it.
I remember reading about this interview and I know that the drama he went through is old. However, Nas kept contradicting himself so much that I question if his hunger to be a real artist is still there. I don't understand him. He bragged about his materialism when he was going at Cormega. He bragged about his record sales when going at other guys who he thinks are below him. He let the Jay beef go to his head. Then when other guys started going at him, he showed his true colors.
You don't have to do research on a rap nigga if his life is splashed all over The National Inquirer.(Actually, Hip Hop weekly is rap's version of National Inquirer) I'm still a fan of Nas but when your personal troubles are on blast, that is not cool. Trust me, he ain't the only rap dude going through that type of bullshit. You are ignorant and dumb as hell if you think "baby mama drama" is the "it" lifestyle.
So wat do you think rappers talk about most of the time?? there fucking personal problems. thats hip hop!!!!!! a nigga cant have problems now... and what are u trying to say about baby mama drama??? learn how to write homie
Nas was in my top 5 but now he's in the top 20 somwhere. I ain't gonna say where but he's in there. I'm not dissing none of his fans at all, they know what they have in this A-list writer and performer. Also, please belive that his enemy Jay-Z is not in there anywhere! That's where my beef with Nas started. How in the hell could you join forces with a worm that disses your daughter like that? That went from business to personal and yet Nas still thought collaborating with J was good business.
