It was black - I prefered it like that to be honest.. I can understand why Toki has white hair after being exposed to radiation but Roah is just 10 odd years older than Kenshiro.. Maybe his hair is like that because he is so powerful? Kind of like the Tai-Chi Master in the kung-fu movie 'Born Invincible' (I love that film!! XD)
In the original Manga his hair is White and so this is why his hair is White in the game (by default) and in the new movies.. You can choose black hair Raoh in the game as well which is good - I prefer him with black hair as the TV series was my first exposure to HNK..
He appears in the game - he is in the background of Southers level carrying the Pyramids cap stone; you just see a tiny figure struggling in the distance :) He should have been a selectable character though for sure.. I hope they do a sequel - it would sell brilliantly in Japan, loads of imports too (I'd have it!).
@hokutodude It is a mystery indeed, but according to the new stories, it could be Reina (she was introduced in the new Raoh Gaiden movies as Raoh's general and 3rd in command).

One thing I noticed about most anime fighting games is that the speech is entirely in Japanese. Not that that's a bad thing because Japanese is one of my favorite languages. But the thing is; in most games like that, they never subtitle what the characters are saying, leaving us to guess what they're saying. That's why it helps to know other languages for this sake.
