Basically what those people are are called change artists, they will come into a store and buy something really cheap, liken the soda she purchased, then they will pay with a 100 dollar bill, that way they will have a lot of change, when the cashier hands them the change, then will them say they want different change, and they will hand the cashier some of the money back to get different change, that way the girl has so much money going in and out of her drawer, and there is money in her hands
