@DarthVader807 It's probably either custom created or they downloaded it, from a mod or some custom content website (this is the PC version, so if you play on console you're out of luck, sorry). Try looking on DA websites, and you may find it. Sorry I can't help more. I think the robes are custom content as well, but don't take my word for it. :P
