All I can say about Ms. Rivera is...dayum!! To dance like nobody's watching in a long gown and barefoot (@ 3:23) and kick like that- stunning!! And I've never seen the forerunner of Bob Fosse, Michael Kidd, Lee Scott, and Gwen Verdon that is, in fact, Jack Cole. His few seconds with Chita Rivera at 4:00 are stunning- reminiscent of the Fosse-Haney duet in Kiss Me Kate. Thanks for another early TV treasure.

@mca1218 And let me tell you how WEIRD it was to be standing NEXT to Chita Rivera while she was WATCHING the clip of herself in Beale Street at the event, -- a number she did OVER 50 YEARS AGO.... CRAZY...
