Quantum is sick for ripping turns and medium-big jumps. It's pretty stiff for jibbing though.
The Era is a reverse-camber and is a bit softer.
The Verve is a regular camber board that's soft like the Era. Brandon Reis and Ian Thorley have been riding the Verve's in slopestyles alot lately and seem to like it. I've been using the Quantum for Slopestyle's and Big Air's, and the Era for Pow and jibbing. I think the Verve is the best medium for doing everything you are looking for though.
@afroman0794 How about you just actually get better with the snowboard that you have. Any snowboard can go fast if you actually have the intent to go fast. Generally a "park" board will be a soft short board. If your dominantly going to do rails...then a super short/super soft board will be the best decision. If your dominantly trying to hit jumps, then stiff boards can be fine as long as their not super long. Pretty simple. You will be looking at quality park boards at the 350+ dollar range
