Thank you! I use Cubase SE. It's an acoustic midi piano ;). I mean it's actually midi but with samples from a real piano.

How long does it take you, on average, to make an instrumental?

It usually takes me 1 hour to remake an instrumental with difficult chords and 25 minutes for a simple melodic song, I use my piano chords book to figure out which chords to use and I use my ears to pick up the scales, scales turn into chords so it is easy to figure out the chords once you pick up the scales and melody.

OMG =O! You're so fast!!! It takes me about 15 up to 30 hours to do the whole instrumental. It depends on the difficulty and the numbers of instruments.
