Perhaps they have not done enough research concerning her accomplishments for the slightly over one year that she has been on the public scene. Her vocals are praised by big name artists that all want to work with her, sold out concerts everywhere, and Mr. Redford is very impressed with her.

I love this kid & her HUGE freakin' voice, but I really wished her parents would have given her more vocabulary words to express herself as on every time she got a talking head moment, she used the word AMAZING! She used it so often that it got to the point where I wanted to throw her a thesaurus when I heard her say it every freakin' time they spoke to her. Please Evancho parents, get this kid some more schooling time. More of a vocabulary will only help her in the long run.

So, therefore, sometimes opinions posted here will contain remarks that have obviously not had any substantial research performed on the subject of Jackie's character or personal attributes. She has good manners because of the way her family is raising her, and she is always kind to people. Watch her interviews and you will be able to find the correct info needed.

Perhaps they have not done enough research concerning her accomplishments for the slightly over one year that she has been on the public scene. I have listened to 1000's of singers solo or in bands as many of you have done, using "rationality" and reasonable thought, comparing Jackie to those singers... she is so far above "average" she is NOT on the same chart, as she is right now, she is arguably better than the AVERAGE professional singer, and easily as good as any "average" celebrity singer.

I love this kid & her HUGE freakin' voice, but I really wished her parents would have given her more vocabulary words to express herself as on every time she got a talking head moment, she used the word AMAZING! She used it so often that it got to the point where I wanted to throw her a thesaurus when I heard her say it every freakin' time they spoke to her. Please Evancho parents, get this kid some more schooling time. More of a vocabulary will only help her in the long run.

@sammolikestoast Wait, hold the bus: at 10 I was winning spelling bees & reading & writing at a college level, however; I sang like a squeaker toy so there's no comparison there. I do find it AMAZING that with Jackie being home-schooled & managed by her parents, they didn't see the need to change up her replies in the talking head shots. Jackie is still a kid & she needs guidance, so mom & dad giving her more of a vocabulary can only help her & it's their duty to see to it.
