They're totally different games and the older versions don't make them bag games nor do they become obsolete when new versions come out (Except sports titles which the new version tends to be the old version but with better graphics).
So if you love GX, then you're most likely going to love this.

I have install a emulator (n64) because i have payed money for this game and i can´t download it. My 1000 points are gone.With the emulator on my Wii it Works :D

To get the AX cup you only need to beat the four standard cups in Master Mode. I did it years ago, it's not that hard. I wasn't even very good at the game and I could still do it. How? By killing the "rival" so much that by coming in 20th place most of the time in Master Mode on the Emerald and Diamond cups, I could nevertheless come in first place overall. I used Beastman's excellent Hyper Speeder, the Iron Tiger and the Blue Falcon.
I think they should bring out an F-Zero game for wii, The series has been graphically impressive for its system IMO and it would be interesting to see what its like on the wii. Plus its one of the better GC games i owned, and one of my fav VC games i've downloaded
Ye, when i went to spend my xmas money (the only current systems i have are Wii and NDS), about 85% of the games i saw for them were them terrible, repetitive, games, most of them Licensed by Ubisoft...

This is the best soundtrack for a game ever made.
There's games like Duke Nukem where the one title song is epic, but the rest of the songs aren't that great.
F-Zero on the other hand, has a perfect line up of epic songs.

Yup, and a Starfox and a load of others that still haven't made it too Wii. IMO it's what killed the NDS off.
Not having many 1st party games that it could've had.
Because yeah, NDS is still selling, but where are the real games? Like 1 every 6 months.
