Im getting this SAME EXACT TABLET FOR CHRISTMAS BAMBOO FUN PEN & TOUCH! Will this tablet work drawing on my Laptop Windows 7? Someone please reply me!
I have windows 7 and it says "no pen and touch input is available for this display" on the information window, if I get this bamboo pen + touch, will it not work? :-S :-(
Does anyone know how to get the darn thing to work with programs like photoshop and gimp? I've downloaded all installers and drivers and still nothing. can anyone help?
Hello. I have an older Bamboo Fun and suddenly they start dying and not working (i have 2 Bamboo Fun). I then check on Wacom site and find out theres a new Bamboo fun, only now it cost $200. Mine cost $60 - $90, the first generation.
My question is, is Wacom trying to kill off the older Bamboo fun buy making their old BF malfunction through whatever means they are using (i assume the driver updates are killing the old Bamboo Fun as the new one generation also uses the same drivers.)
you can get the medium for 200 (bamboo fun), 130 (bamboo craft), 100 (bamboo pen and touch) 75 (pen), 75 (touch) i think it's well worth the money the get the bamboo fun, thats the only one thats medium
I recently used on of my friends which is the bamboo fun white medium size, is the previous version, and I really loved the feeling of the pen touching the tablet, it is so smooth. I wonder if this has also the same feel?
I want to upgrade because I have the bamboo one, and I was looking between medium bamboo fun, and medium intuos 4... can anyone help about the differences between them? thanks
wat r the 2 sizes? on the wacom website only 13X8 is available. then i found one on walmart medium sized as 16X11. so which are the small and medium sizes?
how many pressure levels does this model have? i'm thinking of getting one as mobile tablet, since i own a 9x12 intuos3 and this one is far too big to carry around when i'm mobile. but i couldn't find information about the pressure levels on the page of wacom itself! 512 or 1024? on amazon, the larger model supposedly has 1024. if so, i want one! but i'd be disappointed if this wasn't correct, since the pressure greatly matters to me...
My sister has this

@mkheer91 It means that your screen does not support it, if you get it, it will work

I cannot wait to buy this. The only way it could have been better was if it had wireless capabilities.

@falleneclipse
You need to configure photoshop and gimp, ect any other software to work with the pen tabley. Some software dont support pen tablet capabilities.

So the pen just slips into that loop? There is not a pen holder like the old one had? If for nothing else that to put the extra nibs in....?
FetusaurusRex 2 years ago
yeah it slips in, doesnt look very durable to me.
but i dont really care, i'll probably won't use the holder anyway
