  • Foghat ~ Charleston, South Carolina, Galliard Municipal Auditorium,

    1974... a moment in time...

  • Live version hit #33 in Billboard, 10-22-77. God bless ya, for postin' it. Thanx! RIP, Lonesome Dave Peverett.

  • GREAT MUSIC,,,,,,,STUPID FUCKING RECORDED APPLAUSE DUBBED IN

  • 5 are asexual.

  • @2coolhipdude Now 6 are asexual.

  • @txpablofry Now its 7, What is happening??

  • @saaber24 the world is increasingly rare

  • To all the ladies past and present!

  • Excellent performance, but, why the fake audience sounds? Makes it all suck! Turns it into a 70s talk show style joke! Oh well, too bad, but, that's the music industry. It's all business in the USA.....at leat back then, now you have no economy to speak of.

  • not live...the audience is overdubbed in

  • @EVHguitarz Could still be live... just that they boosted the audience microphones to increase the atmosphere of excitement.

  • exelente!!!!!!!!

  • awesome video thanks for the song!

  • Lonesome Dave.. enough said..

  • Let's all face it. Muddy Waters produced a classic song here and Foghat put the finishing touches on it to make it a masterpiece.

  • yea, real music

  • Cool....

  • foghat is an ausome band.. i have 7 of their albums on vinyl lps.

foghat(the first one), energized, fool for the city, night shift, live, stone blue, and girls to chat & boys to bounce

  • @outlawcountryman

they were a great live band, saw them at a small gig in Banbury, oxfordshire,uk before they gave the group the name foghat, they were introduced as Brandywine

    then went onto great things

  • I first heard this song, when I was in Jr high school, in 1973. They were playing it on a late night concert. I was an instant fan. When Energized came out, in 1974, that sealed the deal, because Honey Hush was the shit! I'm glad I found them a few years before they became giants, with Fool For The City and Foghat Live, in the mid 70s. It was pretty cool to be able to say, "yeah, I wore their records out, back in Jr high", when Slowride became a huge hit, in high school.

  • FogHat is "THE" First Album I EVER OWNED "FogHat :"LIVE"

Played it on a "Speak and spell" I was 9 to 1`0 years old and poor//...

  • muddy did it best

  • This is when I used to see them. In their prime. What a live band. Sorry kids, I hate to say it but they just don't make 'em like that any more. This band loved to play live shows. They talked to the crowd and really let you know they appreciated you. Tow or three encores, let you sneak liquor into the show. One of the best bansds I ever saw, and I saw Hendrix.

  • I agree it's hard to top Foghat live and I've seen 90+ concerts. I can't "top" seeing Hendrix but I did set between the drum sets at a Santana concert in the late 70's. I'm in a wheelchair and Carlos had the roadies put me there. Of all the band members I've met Carlos Santana was the nicest most genuine of them all. Met him before the show then after he thanked us for being there and remembered our names. Truly a one of a kind man and experience. I'm still jealous about the Hendrix gig.

  • @9Cbreeze You mean you were supposed to play at that hendrix gig? That is fucking cool man! You must have seen him before the band of gypsys? I mean the experience with noel and mitch?
