This is only the county administration building. These people including the county manager were violating the law. Unfortunately, the state attourney general was too busy running for Governor to waste his time prosecuting these people, and the County Sheriff is wrapped around the finger of the county manager. The actions of the county manager resulted in at least 2 new laws being passed in Arizona to prevent this violation of peoples rights.

I think other questions are -- - who has access to this information; is the County going to share this information with any other "law enforcement" or other gov't agencies; is the information going to be on a computer; what precautions are being taken to keep this information secure? Also, why were they using a metal detector on you? You came in with the guns, as requested or required. Did they think you had other guns on you? Unbelievable.

County administration building. A New policy by the County Manager. ARS 13-3102.01 requires that if a public facility prohibits firearms, they SHALL provide safe and secure storage. However, this facility is violating law against firearm registration by taking serial #'s and retaining the records.

When you buy a gun from a gun shop or dealer, that is called a back ground check, not registering. The point here is that that county is illegally registering guns, breaking state and federal laws.
