I was responding to Pfleger's dishonest quip about racism in education holding blacks back. Sure there are tons of crummy white students, but the majority of black students I have dealt with are the bottom when it comes to brains, motivation and attitude. I am very impressed with his understanding of the problems as they actually exist. I knew Wright was going to get clobbered by the media- personal accountability is always a hard sale to make. He's right- there's not a person alive who I agree with on every subject or every sentence they speak, but the first amendment protects fee speech, and we are all richer for it.
We should all be mature enough learn from each other without wholesale rejection based on sound bytes.

When she goes to the club and they see she isnt what they assumed she isnt hired. She goes to 2nd strip club same protocol as before and same results as before. She goes to a 3rd and shes finally hired, but this strip club is a whole in a wall. She says this is beneath me so she goes and applies to another club. She is hired, but she makes nothing.

Most clubs have a quota and once they meet they quota that means the end of hiring for a person of color. She was shocked of course, but in her mind she already knew this. Now as the days turned into weeks and the weeks into months she was told the same thing by other management visiting from other clubs. Once the quota is met the quota is met from the staff to the clientele intake. It hurt her to know she was discriminated because of skin complexion

Pope Leo XIII issued a bull on September 13, 1896, resending his pronouncement Apostolicae Curae, that the Ordinal omitted certain key elements found in the Latin rite of ordination, the porrectio instrumentorum. Along with various efforts defending the validity of Anglican Orders, including a letter in 1897 from the archbishops of Canterbury and York concerning the matter of intention. The bull remains in effect today, validating the Anglican Orders.

czlen, Apostolicae Curae was issued in September 1896... and that was the Bull in which he declared Anglican Orders to be null and void. The "archbishops" of Cantebury and York's letter doesn't matter, they are the ones Pope Leo XIII declaired void of any authority. You need to re-read the wikapedia article you got this info from because you misread it. Anglican orders are NOT valid by Roman Catholic standards (which is the ONLY standard).

Unsettling how this Catholic Priest, who may have excommunicated himself from Gods saving grace when supporting the promotion of abortion, by being non-charitable to the wrong people, by continued disobedience of speaking without the Popes authority, wrongly misrepresenting the Catholic Church when supporting the divisive and not so reverent Jeromiah Wright. This priest should consider a life long vow of silence, to forgo all public platforms.

He's not a Priest, just a presbyter installed to preside over an assemply. The new rite of ordination mirrors the Anglican rite which was deemed invalid by Pope Leo XIII. That's why the so called "pope" has no control over men like this. Mr. Pfleger is an imposter just like Fr. Joe Ratzinger.

This is a beautiful American person/priest.
I'm not Catholic, but I super respect this priest, he is quite a caring intelligent person.
And what a strong example of the collapse of non-biased media....this reporter is a bigotted biased phony. This reporter devalues any reporter that ever appears on Fox from now on. Fox obviously has no value and is an awful source of news.

Thumbs Up for the Priest! I'm from a very diverse place. As Americans, we are comprised of people from many ethnic background blended & still blending together since early 1800's. We have shared each others ethnic foods, language and customs together. We learned to respect one another & play together under The Hawaiian sun. I used to be a Democrat but, the Democratic Party does not represent me anymore. It is a totally different party than it was in 2000. Since in the debate Joe Biden, whom I used to love, has chosen to represent the ideas of Obama- the new and lousy now Democratic Party, I am voting for McCain/Palin 08, in hopes that the Democratic Party returns to its former way of representing the people in 2012. Then we can vote for Hillary vs. Palin. Go Sarah and Sen. McCain.
