Linux and anything that is based on Linux are very good operating systems they are extremely customizable and also very stable, but it has a lack of software compatibility for example I tried running cinema 4d and Sony Vegas and they just wouldn't start .... I'm not saying it's not good I'm just saying there's something missing...... And once that happens and it's compatible with good programs it will be EPIC!!!

Linux is okay. the fact that there is not a lot of applications written for it kind of kills it for me. Windows 7 makes up for a lot of problems windows vista had. It still isn't the best for me. What I personally love is Mac OS X. It doesn't have as much applications as Windows, but as long as I can still jailbreak my iDevice and run Microsoft Word, and still have a great user experience, I love it. Anyways, what version of Linux were you running when you recorded this?

im running windows 7 alienware edition, special ordered and works way better than 7ultimate i have, its tweaked to work as good as XP without disabling anything. and has shit loads of alienware themes ofcourse and custom buttons, etc.

Linux is better than windows in terms of security and speed, there's also the bsd's and opensolaris, in terms of usability Mac OS is better, it works fine out of the box, the best os is the one that does what you need.

Dudee if your gonna try to tell someone about a operating system at least get your facts straight. To run windows programs on ubuntu you must install wine. To get wine you go to your terminal and sype sudo apt-get install wine. That simple another cool program is get compiz (fusion) and get the 3d cube its awesome.

I have hacked computers to work with me, I develop for my church website, and I do tech support. I am now 13. And Linux is much better than Windows, you have to take the time to learn it. And if you excuse for Windows being better because of game support, you don't deserve a computer :) Anyways, nice vid :)

Dude you should really try Wine... It CAN make ubuntu run almost about every game you think of... And program... I just had some problems with MapleStory running on it..
