@2buck4dH8rz  - You dont need to but i think it's easier that way. Cause chair freeze stretches your back for stabbing in airchair

@2buck4dH8rz you will have to learn chair freeze first, for foundation. Chair freeze would let you feel more comfortable with the stab, and it will be easier to learn it and balance it.
