@alfeovictor No it can't because my riser bar isn't high enough. But if i buy a higher riser bar then it can clear barspin easily.

@alfeovictor I just want to correct my comment earlier. I forgot that I have front brakes and could clear with the brakes on. If I take out the front brakes then it can clear the bar spins easily.
