Man that's alot of weight on dips.I don't think I could come close to that.You said my bench was was better than you could do.....hard to believe from those killer dips.What is your bench max? Great job!
my max flat bench is only like 365 or 370. thats ok though i guess. I'm more concerned about my deadlift and overhead press. i dont know if you've seen his profile but visit TheAscendant hes strong and a real cool guy. his pressing is extremely impressive. his weight is about 230
