  • there's NO god... face it.... Jesus Christ was the bigest hoax ever, I'll bet the guy who wrote the bible is laughing long and hard in his grave....

  • Nope. You're supposed to hide the dick for it to be subliminal.

  • its Jesus i got it now huckabbeee is Jesus now wonder he has a big nose hes jesus the jew!!!!

  • i lol'd

  • This is about as much of a subliminal ad as a grilled-cheese sold on e-bay is a real religious symbol.

    Say no to acid motherfuckers.

  • it's a fucking book shelf you gay dickholes

  • This made me lol.

  • What's so bad about having a cross in a video?

  • in agreement with ole87 I think we need to flush the system completley out and get new ppl in every position. period. the president doesn't really have power it's all in congress. We should make congresssing like jury duty so that everybody ends up doing it. which would be really hard to couurpt everyone...

  • it was a CHRISTMAS ad!!! i'm not even a huckabee supporter, but Jesus, did you even see how fast they made it?! It wasn't even scripted!

  • Hmmm....I think I saw the word "CHRIST" in the tree....

  • lol that was pretty funny

  • not subliminal, just frightening.

  • lol

vote for huckabee on super tuesday!!

  • go suck a nut you pig raping bastard. nobody wants to hear it.

  • where the hell did you hear that? myspace? a simpsons movie? something GAY and NOODLE FUCKER MOM LICKER SHIT FACED DIRTY PENIS?

  • the only pig raping bastard sucking a nut is the person who doesn't want to hear it...

    Savvy?

  • SUBLIMINALL!!!!

    I love jesus christ superstar.

  • Ummm did anyone else realize this is satire?

  • I definitely agree with DownOnMyLuck.. there is no one candidate that I believe would do well in office. I think it might be time for a multi-party system. Both major parties dominate even the issues that are debated.

We need better politicians in general.

  • ROFLMAO

  • OMG!!! LMAO

  • LOL.

  • lmao

  • Ha ha ha ha ha i had to laugh at this one. Funny.

  • its not a cross thats in the background, its a freemason cross, that centers in the middle, not near the top... its on most of their logos and stuff... crazy how i noticed this just awhile ago.

  • Thompson is raking in donations. Please add YOURS to it, today! FRED08(dot)com

Huckabee is dangerous and would destroy the Republican party as we've known it to be....he's been weighed, measured, tested and found wanting!

  • We will never expect a perfect president who would lead U.S.A perfectly. Only Lord Jesus Christ Himself is perfect and His Eternal Kingdom is perfect. We are all sinful and short of God's Glory. But, we do expect a president who has strong faith truly in God to lead U.S.A on the God 's Will. Mike Huckabee is the one.

  • Is this message for real?

Frankly, the most notable thing about this election is the complete and utter lack of a standout candidate (hell, even an ACCEPTABLE one) from either party.

  • UHHH ever heard of ron paul. look him up.

  • You Ron paul fans are doing your guy a disservice.

  • i agree w/ u

  • It's obvious that it was meant.

There is a light on it making it shine out from the background for a start lol.

  • How is that subliminal in any way? He talks about the birth of Jesus. Stupid people just wanna stur up trouble. What do you all care anyways. According to a survey of over 1 million people, over 88% of the U.S. claims to be christian.

  • The day Huckleberry is voted president is the day I leave the country for at least 4 years.

  • I have no problem with the ad. I do have a problem with the campaign not admitting that the cross (even if it was a bookshelf) was purposeful. Everyone knows that the backdrop of these ads are very well planned out. Just admit that it was purposeful, he was talking about Christmas and the birth of Christ anyways, so just tell the truth.

  • You say my analogy is "lame", yet you don't elaborate. I'm interested to hear how it's wrong. I love to discuss.

  • we have more freedom in colombia, where our candidates may talk and show his religions preferences and nobody gets offend.and anybody may chat about his beliefs at the school and either nobody get offended. so chill out, world doesn´t goes to finish fot it.

  • Ron Paul is a raving madman who thinks the rest of the world will love us if we say to Iraq, "Hey guys, sorry we messed up your country, but we're not gonna help you build it up anymore. Good luck with that." He's like the guy who gets his girlfriend pregnant, then tells her to get an abortion or he's leaving her.

  • you guys should just stop with ron paul, he's a nobody. vote for mckain or giuliani. they are what will make america proud. republicans will make america proud, obama is one of the only good democrats i would consider voting for.

  • Obama is the ONLY democrat I'm going to vote for, but rudy and Mccain are my favorite republicans.

Ron Paul people are some of the most annoying people on the internet these days. You would think that by now most people would know that using spam and acting like an immature loser are not good ways to support your favorite candidate. Ron aPul fans seem to quickly forget basic ettiquette.

  • It's lit up brighter than a Christmas tree.

Is there a Christmas tree in that ad also. I couldn't tell the book shelf looks like a neon sign. Must just be a coincidence. He's a baptist minister people! Why would a cross be so shocking. Do Republicans still think that America is that stupid. Huckabee appears to.

  • LOL!! good stuff.

  • He should come clean and have set that cross on fire.

  • Vote Ron Paul for decency and not another neo con

  • No candidates are neo-cons.

  • .

    Rush Limbaugh:

"Conservatism, ladies and gentlemen, true conservatism balances budgets by cutting government, not by raising taxes."

" Governor Huckabee is opposed to school choice, and he said we should treat dictators and terrorists with the Golden Rule."

    Another Smooooth talker from Hope

    .

  • Funny video, not far off the truth either. Huckabee has probably never even read the Bible in full, if he had he would have known Jesus' birth wasnt in December. Nor did Christ even command people to celebrate his birth, his death maybe but certainly not his birth. But this is what you get when your a politician and have a christmas tree...with a bright cross in the background heh.

  • I doubt very man people have read the bible in full. And, does anyone really expect their birthday to be celebrated?? It just happens, try to think of someone you know that doesnt have their birthday celebrated.

  • OMG THIS WAS SO FUNNY, "this is not Subliminal" and all u see is pictures of christ and stuff ROFL. Hillarious ~Vote for Pedro. I mean Ron paul =P

  • the evangelicals have no political power, and they know it. 6 months ago they didnt know who huck was. besides christianity is fading. in fifty years it will be a memory

  • wait what?!

how is Christianity ending...it's growing...the more scientific discoveries we will make, the more believable God will be

  • If only Christianity would actually make some scientific discovery to validate its own outrageous claims, rather than continuously fall back on the same old empty arguments that hold no weight, then that might actually happen. It's been over 2000 years though, so I don't count on it.

  • ah, an understandable point. That is what Christianity focuses on though: is Faith that God does exist.

That quote I gave, (the more scientific....more believable God will be) was from an atheist scientist, I believe. The reason I used that was because the universe is so precise and specific that there has to be a higher power.

I just can't believe that something as complex as the human mind came from sludge (evolution)

  • well, better evolution than a work of fiction...

  • well, I'm 100% sure God is real, granted, I can't prove it. That's the entire definition of Faith. I believe that evolution CAN exist, but if it does, then God made it so.

As mentioned though, millions and millions of people believe in God. I really doubt that could happen due to a "work of fiction"

but hey, I respect you for your beliefs and mean no ill-will toward you

  • thanks. same to you. i wish there were more christians like you.

  • First, if you can't prove something, then you aren't 100% sure, no matter how much you want that to be the case. Second, millions and millions of people will believe - whatever they are told. Millions of people also believed in the Greek/Roman and Norse gods as well, but only because of their culture and in turn because of their leaders.

  • Well, I've had personal experiences AKA miracles (they also were not medical and could not be explained any other way than through God)

However, Miracles mean absolutely nothing to Atheists/Agnostics/etc. Therefore, I can't use them to prove my Faith.

If you have any additional questions I'd be able to answer them, but, ultimately, I can't make anyone believe. I can teach some of God's Word, but it is God who will convert you.

  • The ironic thing about your comment is that many atheist scientists have actually set out to scientifically DISPROVE Christianity only to become Christians themselves when the evidence FOR Christianity piled up.

  • It must not have "piled up" too high, as these "scientists" you speak of haven't been able to show us any of it. Faith does not qualify as evidence, so hopefully you meant something concrete.

  • Our society today is so anti-Christian that any studies that support the Bible are ignored by the mainstream media.

Another thing that's ignored is that the Bible even says that in the last days, good will be viewed as evil and evil will be viewed as good. So it's no wonder Christians are constantly under attack.

  • If that is the case, then why is Huckabee spending so much on this ad to "say hi" to Christianity?

Christians are not "under attack;" they have had special privileges for far too long and taking them away finally sets things straight.

  • doubtful but i think itd be alrite if the vast majority of religions faded away. plenny of ppl will disagree but i think too many relgions cause all kinds of negative shit

  • exactly. nearly every war is a crusade on other religions. they're just another thing for people to disagree on.

  • yeh thts my point. altho religion can create peace and help etc etc (such as religious charities and things) too often is it that religion creates conflict. thts y im so scared that man will win the presidency, it is a belief of his that relgion and government should be one. he doesnt think we should seperate the two.

    Hillary's Prayer:

    Dear Supreme Essence,

Thanks for giving making me the frontrunner in the primary. Just one more request: Please make Huckabee my challenger, and I can handle it from there on my own. Thanks, too, for the Evangelicals, they're playing an important part in your plan for me.

    Sincerely, Your Chosen Daughter

  • Why does the RON PAUL CULT feel so compelled to TYPE IN ALL CAPS?!?!?

Is it BECAUSE THEY ARE CRAZY and the VOICES in their HEADS tell them to SCREAM???

Or do they have COORDINATION PROBLEMS and accidentally hit the CAPS LOCK button periodically???

    You tell me.

  • ron paul needs to be down at the feed store telling everyone the following:

    1. Where the fish are biting

    2. When the deer are going to move

    3. whats best on the menu at the local cafe

    4. the best time to plant rye grass

    5. that his bursitis is acting up

  • a vote for ron paul

is not a vote at all

he is not all that wise

and will bring about our demise

    dont vote for ron paul

  • Also, you talk about Huck being a member of the Council of Foreign Relations, but didn't Ronnie boy say in a debate that he would take his marching orders from the U.N.? Because I watched that debate and I distinctly remember him saying that. But you are right about one thing, the U.S. destruction will come draped in a flag and carrying a cross. BUT THE FLAG WILL BE A UN FLAG and it will be carrying an UPSIDE DOWN CROSS above which reads a sign "PRAISE BE TO ALLAH".

  • Almost everything we know, from democracy, free markets, human equality, etc.. has its roots in christianity. I say that candidates should wear their heart on their sleeve. Weather that heart is christian or atheist, they shouldn't shy away from it. That is who they are. Just because bush is a hippocrite doesn't mean you can discredit every passionate christian running for president. Stalin and Hitler were both atheist, but I am not going to discredit every atheist candidate who comes along.

  • I have been very persuaded to support Mike and value his experience, demeanor, values, and leadership. I never thought I would be following candidates via the Internet, mainly through You Tube. What bothers me is Mike's denial that the bookshelf (obviously highlighted to represent a cross) next to the Christmas tree was not intentional. The ad endorses the celebration of Christmas and Christ's birth. Jesus Christ, Christmas, & the cross go hand in hand so why not just say that?

  • Those that support ron paul have way too much "loose change" in their pockets. he has no chance... NOT because of hidden powers lurking in the darkness... BUT because he would make a TERRIBLE president....

  • I agree with the 1st part of your statement, but I don't think that Huckabee is trying to manipulate anyone. Tell me how exactly he is manipulating you by talking about his faith. The most important thing here is where he stands on the issues and if he is going to walk the walk by doing what he says he is going to do.

By the way, I'm a Duncan Hunter supporter. I just posted that comment to defend a person's christan beliefs and hopefully piss off a few atheists.

  • will he represent the the people who truly in their hearts dont believe in god? and arent afraid of not believing? as president, he better answer to 350million americans(dems reps other)not god.

  • better answer to people than God? the humanistic atheistic garbage is about to end. Jesus Christ is Lord of All and the truth is waiting for you to embrace it. the problem with our nation is that it no longer thinks it has to answer to anyone.... much less God.

  • Very funny. Music and images very nice. Good quality video.

This self-titled Christian leader, former preacher, ran a CHRISTmas ad featuring an image of a cross in the background (intentional or not, it is a cross image) and we are to believe it is a mere coincidence?

I am tired of listening to a leader lie to me, and insult my intelligence. Anyone else with me? Has he even admitted it does look like a cross?

  • tired of listening to leaders lie.... hmm..

i am tired of people like you whinnnig about stuff that DOES NOT MATTER!!! Cross or not there is nothing subliminal about the man being a CHRISTian. is it a suprise to you that he would identify with a cross or CHRISTmas????

  • If you have such a problem with people like him that lie to you why dont you run for president? Or just shut up and deal with the people that are running.

  • this is one the funniest things I've seen in a long time. Brilliant.

  • how pathetic Cartwrightdale

  • Just because a lot of people believe in something doesn't make it true.

  • no but truth is truth regardless if people believe in it or not.... and the majority of people do not believe much less follow Christ.

  • Huckabee will let all the murders and sex offenders out of Jail. I mean he is a minister and the Christian Law states, and I quote, "if you can look the examiner in the eyes and say you are innocent and you look innocent, then you are absolved from all wrong-doing and your penance is 40 hours of community service".

  • The parody brilliantly reveals Huckabee's true motive, make nonbelievers into believers. This farfetched idea makes sense because after everyone becomes Christian, he will win the Primaries and eventually become president. Since he's a minister he'll automatically get the Christian vote because Christians are required to vote for one of their own. This is how one perpetrates one's faith. Once he takes office,

  • Huckabee "subliminally" shows Jesus Christ on the cross, which became the symbol of Christianity. He is using this trick to convert us all to Christianity like past Christian leaders, only he's using shocking and distasteful pictures with extremely intense and emotional music.

  • HAHAHAHAHA, I love this parody, sooo funny.

Grphcartist83 points out that Good Friday takes place during Lent, not Advent. What he, she, or it, doesn't realize is THAT is where the humor lies.

  • umm...this is a Christmas commercial not Easter!

  • lmao

  • LOST: "Scruffy", my dog, last seen near Boy Scout Camp in Arkansas....

  • Be ware, Hickibee is a RAT fake christian working with CFR!! Watch: watch?v=HxZ_wTPl7ak

  • Huckabee has been singled out by the media at every turn for his views on God, evolution, the Bible, Mormonism, etc. They ask him impertinent questions that aren't asked of other candidates. He didn't offer opinions without being (cornered) asked. Now he is purposely sharing his convictions and gets slammed again by that same media. Subliminal?

    No. Reinforced---yes. Merry Christmas, Gov.

  • I shart Huckabee.

  • Reminds me of the Dukes of Hazzard when Boss hog was real nice when he had something to gain.

Send in the money! - Jimmy Swaggart

"There's a big difference between kneeling down and bending over" - Frank Zappa

  • Ron Paul's a fake foolish clown who is clearly weak. I pity America if Paul wins(like that would ever happen...).

  • Very idiotic for any to think he'll need a "subliminal cross". To indicate what message? He clearly said CHRIST, CHRISTMAS & GOD. Would he need subliminal message when his words were direct? SMH! SMH. May God have mercy America

  • You don't fool me Mr. Marketer!

My votes with Ron Paul for being a real person.

  • UMMM..... he's not trying to fool anyone! he's just wishing America a MERRY CHRISTMAS! He's not fake...since when is loving God enough to share Him a sin? since when is standing up for what you believe in a fake thing to do? So to everyone out there Merry CHRISTmas! And to all you scrooges out there Merry CHRISTMAS too! :-)

  • Christian, voting Democrat (almost certainly).

But man, people are up his keester too much over this ad. It _is_ a Christian holiday. Wouldn't bother me to see an Islamic candidate running a commercial about Ramadan with Islamic symbols in the background, nor would I feel "excluded" if he did. It's just weird to complain about a guy highlighting Christ in the middle of a holiday that is specifically about the birth of Christ. Or maybe it's just me.

  • I am a christian, and I am voting for Ron Paul

  • I am glad that you profess your faith so boldly, if you do indeed believe. I am curious, why Ron Paul and not Huckabee? -Not that all Christians should vote for Huckabee, he is an imperfect man along with the rest, but I'm just curious...

  • Huckabee is controlled by the world elite. He desires to take away more rights from the American people. He has proposed a National ID which I see as a precursor to THE MARK. That is why I choose Ron Paul. It isn't even a choice.

  • Thanks for your response. I don't see how Huckabee is controlled by the "elite"- his campaign is way too poor for that to be a credible argument. As for "taking rights away", we must uphold God's law - do not murder, steal, etc. It is the basis for our constitution. The law is GOOD, and it is meant to protect us. If Huckabee wants to take the right to murder an unborn infant away from someone, I applaud him for upholding the true moral law given by God.

  • I agree. This should be dealt as a legal issue as well. It states in our founding documents that all men are CREATED equal.... this is an unalienable right. But that is not the issue that upsets me with Huckabee. He has been chosen by the media! Chosen by a media that is also owned and controlled by the "world Elite"! Incidentally, his approval ratings only started to improve after he spoke at the Council on Foreign Relations. I don't believe he is a real christian. I think he is an imposter.

  • I love Jesus Christ. I will vote for Ron Paul.

  • I prefer Ron Paul by a long shot

  • Interesting, considering every president to serve our country has claimed to be a Christian... did they all suck? Or were the ones that were good just lying about their beliefs to get votes?

Good luck to all you Ron Paul supporters, merry christmas to all, but I truly believe Huck is the best man for the job.

  • Wasnt JFK Catholic?

  • Are you implying Catholic isn't a type of Christian? *laugh*

  • laugh? whats so funny? christians and catholics are not the same. it`s almost like saying jews are like muslims

  • Christians and Catholics are not identical, but Catholicism is one form of Christianity. Did you actually not know that, or were you playing dumb?

  • i`m just saying that not every president has ben christian. jfk was catholic and not christian. there IS a difference. they believe in different things. that`s all. acting dumb is sugjesting that christians and catholics are the same.

  • Well, there's no such religion as "Christians". "Christian" is a term used to define one of the many many offshoots of Catholicism such as Lutherans, Pentacostals, Jehovah's Witnesses, Congregationalists, Baptists, etc. Despite over 100 different versions of Christianity, the majority of Christians worldwide are still Catholics.

  • sorry ivandegogoy, you are WRONG. i guess you are the example of what i call an ignorant "so called" christian.

  • There is only one form of Christianity-Believing that Christ ALONE is the salvation for us sinners. As He has told us, "You will know my people by how they love one another..." Differences in theology occur in some denominations, which is unfortunate when the Bible is essentially re-written... If their is no LOVE in a Church of people, then the faith is dead.

  • It is good to be discerning as to who practices the faith and lives their lives for Christ. Although many points in Catholic doctrine are not Biblical, one must be cautious of judging other's faith and salvation. The Church must be UNITED in Christ. Peace, brother and merry Christmas.

  • You can't be serious.

The Catholic church is the original Christian church, founded shortly after Christ's death. They were the only Christians for the vast, vast majority of Christianity's existence, until a few hundred years ago when Protestant religions began popping up, each with their own little take on Christianity. But these were still simply offshoots of Catholicism -- it's not like there were any "Protestant" versions of Christianity until recently.

  • CartwrightDale, you got it all wrong. the word "catholicism" means universal. cathlolics sprung up later in an attempt to unify all of the religions at that time in history. the "Protestants" did come later but only because catholics had, with there many new traditions, departed from what jesus` had oringinaly tought. protestants are in fact closer to the first christians because what they believe is pretty much the same thing.

  • *laugh* Who is feeding you that crap? Good Lord. Open any history book, encyclopedia, heck even Wikipedia. It's silly to argue about a statement of fact and history.

(Actually, I'm an atheist and don't have a dog in this fight per se, I've just had a few college courses in World Religions and study comparative religion as a hobby.)

  • cartwright, didn't you know it's impossible to argue with "so called" christians. they have lived with ingorance, lies and bigotry for so long they wouldn't know the truth even if they lived it (in which chase they would have to turn to their preacher to asked his their opinion).

  • Well, if by "later" you meant "a few years after Jesus died", then, I guess that's true. :P But kind of silly. Do a wikipedia search for "list of popes" to see the line. (Yes, I know anti-Catholic religions question whether St. Peter was the first "pope", and I suppose that's debatable, but remember to take most anti-Catholic bigotry with a grain of salt.) :)

  • i would have more respect for you if you were agnostic rather than atheists. i mean, come on. what makes you think you know for a fact there is no god. just be honest and admit you don`t know. as for the catholic-christian shit, you should at least have some understanding about true catholicisim and true christianity before you start debating it

  • i would say to you ivand...prove there IS a god. not by your faith, but by with evidence and real proof. there is the REAL challenge!

  • prove to us that there isn`t a god... you can`t and if you can`t be honset to yourself and become agnostic. that`s all i`m saying. because, yes, it is harder to prove that there is no god than to prove that there is.

  • yes interesting cheez, but none of them had to pass a "christian litmus test" until recent history. now it's mandatory. what a shame, one's religion is the number one criterion to be elected to office.

to me it's another example of christianity gone to the extreme, the nutty extreme!

  • He's doing a geat job pandering for votes.

  • He's doing a great at not attacking others. Quite miraculous, really.

  • The only thing Huckabee has going for him is the support of the 2nd Amendment. I can't think of anything else.

    Ron Paul '08

  • I'm not much on politicians, but I like this guy.
