Thanks for this video. I had to bow out of Ashtanga yoga a couple of years ago due to shoulder/neck pain and my chest getting too tight in relation to my back. These are great poses for opening up the chest, neck and shoulders. Glad to be back on the mat.

Personally, when you have a voice over without any ambient noise, I find myself concentrating on the negative parts of the voice. I can hear all of the clicks and pops of the person's mouth and it's distracting and annoying.
A soft spoken woman or a man with a deeper voice would be better for the voice over, in my opinion.

Must hug myself for I completed the whole lot. The shoulder twist on the floor was dificult and could only manage half pose but all in all fantastic hour. Feel great !!
Today was my second attempt at your routine. I tried it 6 months ago and could only get through about 20 minutes. Today, I finished the entire 55 minutes: The neck and upper shoulder pain that i had from working on my computer all day is really relieved! Thank you so much. I will continue doing this routine as Im sure I will see further tension relief in that area. Best yoga video Ive seen on the net.
Great routine! I haven't done yoga in awhile, but this reminds me why I need to start doing it once again. I can't deny the fact that it benefits my body in a big way.
@CowManProductions Actually yoga does work. It takes time and patience like any other exercise regimen, but it does help relax you and it helps improve flexibility.
@90geekgirl06 No, your brain wants it to work most likely because you are overweight right now, and if you lose just a slight bit of weight you will relate it to the yoga you did, which is what most other yoga meat heads think.
It's just exercise, you can just do fucking star jumps.

Today, I finished the entire 55 minutes: The neck and upper shoulder pain that i had from working on my computer all day is really relieved! Thank you so much. I will continue doing this routine as Im sure I will see further tension relief in that area. Best yoga video Ive seen on the net.

Great routine! I haven't done yoga in awhile, but this reminds me why I need to start doing it once again. I can't deny the fact that it benefits my body in a big way.

@CowManProductions Actually yoga does work. It takes time and patience like any other exercise regimen, but it does help relax you and it helps improve flexibility.

It's just exercise, you can just do fucking star jumps.
