Left triger + A. note that the receiver has to be cutting the lane not just running otherwise you'll be throwing an air ball. at first it might be a little frustrating, but once you get use to it you'll know when to throw a good ally-oop pass.

L2+X... it's wierd tho if you're not use to it because you'll be tossing airballs if the catcher isnt driving down the lane and they're usually not driving in... and if they are you wont pass it to them it'll just go to the nearest player... but once you get the hang of it you'll know when to throw and ally-oop pass.
