  • I agree the word Jab Jab comes from the word Jamblasse it's a song that's how carribbean people pronounce Diablesse!!! Diable is the word for Devil in French like Diablo in spanish and Diablesse is the word for devil woman. It's apart of Grenadian folklore she's a woman who steels your baby unless you stop her. She has cow hooves. The jab jab are the male version and the hang around at carnival and cause mystief and dance! It's song Jamblasse. Grenada was a French colony long ago.
