@PspRazorFury You can remove it by just connecting your PSP to your computer via USB, and then you go to the PSP removable disk. From there, you can just delete the folder called iPSP. Then you'll have to remember to reset your homepage in the internet browser so then it doesn't show "The content cannot be displayed." every time you open it.

for all you noobs, you do NOT need wifi to make it work. you're just using the browser to open a program that's in the psp that can't be opened another way. well it can if you have cfw, but it wont work cause it needs flash enabled which is on the browser, so you open it from there. that's not a website, it's the location of the file in your psp memory.
