Really glad to hear you're doing well. I'd like to see another update of what's going on with you.
I too am severely bipolar. Been on Depakote for 1.5 months so far and doing better (thank the shrink for samples!!).

i hear ya. i haven't been taking my lithium for a while. and it's showing me how much it actually does work.

al lot of my friends suffer from bi polar, things will get better :)... I my self suffer from borderline personality disorder...

I take lithium as well and my life is the most fullfilling when I never miss a dose. I have been on it for five years so I thought my experience might help you. If you miss one dose of lithium it takes five days to get the blood serum levels back to your specific requirement.
The more stable you are the more you will enjoy life. Congrats on your happiness!
