  • I take lithium as well and my life is the most fullfilling when I never miss a dose. I have been on it for five years so I thought my experience might help you. If you miss one dose of lithium it takes five days to get the blood serum levels back to your specific requirement.

    The more stable you are the more you will enjoy life. Congrats on your happiness!
