If you mean that it's cutting to one side, more'n'likely previous dulled cutters on one side and kept cutting, putting extra pressure on one side of bar, wearing one bar rail.
First, sharpen chain and test cut. If still a circle cutter, you can test and true the bar.
Use a precision square to see if one bar rail stands proud- likely the right one here.
You can set up bench grinder so bar riding on its guide is in the plane of the center of the wheel. The marks on the bar will tell you when done.
