Aikido works, so does PTK. If you're not going with the flow of the aikido throws and resist, then you are getting the small joints in you're hands dislocated. Aikido works, just search in youtube Eskrido. It's Aikido combined with Escrima/Kali. Much respect to both arts. I can flail and throw punches wildly at you're face, and if it connects, well then will you say "Flailing punches" works? =P It's not solely the Art, but mainly the Practioner.
