What are the posssilbe ramifications, not only addressed by Dr. Angela Michiko Martin, as pertaining to the horrors and annihilation experienced by Anniston, Alabama residents, but to future generations, the state of Alabama -it's waterways, surrounding communitites, etc. etc.
