This was shot at 60fps, when you are editing you have the option of rendering at normal speed at 60fps, or rendering it out at 30fps to create a smooth slow motion effect. I rendered it out at 30fps to get the slow motion.
@elizondo666 since it was shot at 60fps when it is rendered at 30fps it is playing at half the speed so the film is twice as long as it was when shot, but it is still at 30fps so it is smooth to the human eye
