anyway, the qurupeco is one of my favourite monster too, I like it's mad way of behaving, but it has to share it's place with the gigginox, lagiacrus, diablos, rathalos, jhen mohran and soon the urugaan will join. the mosters get way too awsome if you're high up and I can't choose :(

@smaug131 Agreed. I think that even when I get through the ranks I'll still keep Peco as my favorite, mostly like how the its just sort of "out there" in terms of its design. There aren't too many monsters like it and the one that comes closest is in a different game. Gigginox was the first monster in Tri to really creep me out in the way it behaves. I'd say Jhen is my second favorite since, again, there's not much like it and I have yet to actually fight it, but its battle sequence is unique.

I like the gigginox because it's unique (it climbs on the ceiling!)

and the diablos is unique too (atleast for mh tri)

the rathalos is the most epic one so far (but it will probably be replaced soon)

I don't know about the urugaan, I'm just really looking forward to.

and the qurupeco... no other monster in mh tri is has lost its mind like the qurupeco does, I love how it, after some attack, shakes and then shouts :)

Such a ridiculously easy monster to hunt. Has just one dangerous attack (Mainly because when you fight him first you will have Jaggi armour and that is -15 fire) and gives you a good 3 seconds warning before he does it. Not to mention you can actually stop him doing that attack all together by just destroying his flints.

@Sajuek The fun thing is when he doesn't telegraph it for making his attack to basically "jump away". Instead of just getting a gust of wind you get severe fireblight. Especially if you make the mistake of getting hit by his projectile attack which reduces your fire resistance.
