hi i was wondering if u would da a tutorial on crocheting a shawl with a shell stich i beleieve they look lovely in that stitch would love to make one for my mum x
I was wondering do you have a tutorial for a crocheted bandana. My little girl wants one. If you can help, I would appreciate it. Thank you do much... Sincerely, Kandi from Texas
love your crocheting me and my dad ( especially my dad watch this) my dad even know how to knit this he knits better than me or my sister ( who i knit better than.)
I have an elderly friend who would like the Shawl instructions in writing, do you have that or can provide this, she has been looking for this...thanks so much! Laurel
Thank you very much. What makes this triangle shape, is that the increase or decrease. I am having difficult to understand the the increase and decrease. Where did you do the increase and decrease.
@supermelodia I have not dont a 'typical' increase but as you make eah row it creates a EXTRA space for the next row to be crochetd into so it creats a extra space on each row therefor increases it as you go ...hope that make sence
I like this tutorial and wish to try a crochet shawl for the first time..I have a question can i use 1 or 2 chain in between the three stitches (DC) or thr should not be any chain.
@korannesam Hi, You could but the chains in between but it may cause it to flare out and may look funny, If you are a light crocheter you can try using the chains, I am a loose crocheter so i dont use them :) Thanks for your question and Happy Crochet !
thanks for this--BTW, I love your nails! @enothebeno--what's not to like. The color, shape, and length are perfect! Meh--different strokes for different folks, i guess.
Thank you for the tutorial, my mother wants me to do a shawl for her but I don't know how to do it,so I'm going to try to make this one.I love how you teach crochet.
Thanx for this video... have wanted to do a bottom up triangular shawl but since my mom passed was unable to figure out on my own how to do so... this makes creating shawls for varied sized friends so much easier than starting at the wide end!!!! Again thanx!
Superlyk your work Bobwilson123.. keep sharing your work wid us Please.. Thank you so very much fr such a beautiful pattern.. always wanted to make a shawl bt was not getting the pattern in the past.. ;-) SUPERLYK... THANK YOU...

What size needle are you using & does it matter the type of yarn?
angel05537 2 months ago
@angel05537 I used a 4mm ... You can use any yarn just use the hook recomended for your yarn
bobwilson123 2 months ago
@fullofpotpie To tell you the truth i didnt actually finish off this shawl :) But I would say that you would need at least 150 - 200 grams of yarn
bobwilson123 3 months ago
@bobwilson123 I may have underestimated that .. probably go with 300 - 400 grams

Hi Clare this is a very helpful video for this type of triangular shawl.
Have never made one like this - only have made the rectangular shawls but this looks like my next project.
Thanks for sharing this video.
