Hey Ninja just a little correction. 2Pac was 1st shot in 1994 NOT 1995. He was in jail in 1995. He was shot again and killed in 1996.

This is the best track on the album besides Strictly for My Niggas and I Get Around. Oakland claims to be the land of the Hustle same can said for Jacksonville, Fl Pac got his street sense from Oakland more than he did from NY. He more like the westcoast/down south type nigga eventhough he from NY. Tupac swagger and style changed from that NY/Baltimore/Philly/D.C. mantality. He just didn't blend in well with NY niggas in my opinion. No disrepect to the Big Apple at all Ya'll
