Please avoid downloading from this schmuck's website. His tracks are all three minutes long, even if the track is only 15 seconds for one loop, or 4 minutes, it doesn't matter. This makes for tons of needlessly long or incomplete songs. And he doesn't have them labeled with the artists or anything. His collection is a sloppy, bloated, mangled, useless mess and a waste of space. It's a joke. Look elsewhere. Or do your own proper transcodes. All it takes is nsf files, Winamp, and a nsf plugin.
@GBelair no, i mean i've played my cartridge of kirby's adventure on multiple tv's and tried different cables. these videos are like how my game should sound, but my game is messed up
@coreykun667 Must not be used to how some companies made 8-bit music (assuming it's not just your speakers being fucked). Capcom used the noise channel to create the percussion (sounds extremely weird, but cool at the same time; just play Mega Man 6 to hear a prime example). This is more of the Konami sound (using the second main music channel - forget what it was called - to create a more realistic drum sound).HAL did this, too, late into the 8-bit life.

@coreykun667
Reading this comment has piqued my curiosity. How does the sound "not seem right"?
Plastiware 1 year ago
@Plastiware the sound seems to have a little bit of static. the music tends to fade in and out for some reason.

@coreykun667 Check your speakers because this is the raw sound data from the game lol
