As a Green Building Professional how can I get involved in selling and installing this product in its structural applications? I welcome your reply. Great innovation and I would like to contribute to your company's success.
From what I can see it has the same limitations foam has. It doesn't stop heat transfer at all. It slows it down by loading with heat and holding it. The heat ultimately dissipates through to the other side. This may be better used in cold climates but in hot climates an insulation that loads with heat will contribute to wastful energy on air conditioning. Is it weather proof and water proof, UV protected?
They phased perlite out. Invention Nation, which is probably where it is featured that Greensulate is made primarily of perlite and saw dust, was filmed when the company was less than a half year old. Greensulate, and now their new product, EcoCradle is made of agricultural waste, like rice hulls, that is then bonded together using mycellium, which is essentially the roots of fungus.
Also, I don't believe he has a lisp. If you watch other videos of him, it does not appear that he has one.
this product is not sustainable. the main component is perlite, which has to be mined and is a finite resource. it's certainly an improvement over petroleum-based products, though!
it's a legitimate comment. if i'm distracted, i imagine others might be too. it people miss parts of his talk, it weakens his pitch as a corporate spokesperson. what's truly idiotic is resorting to personal attacks for no good reason...

Great vision, convincing talk.
There is simply no reason to keep wasting resources and endangering the environment when a natural alternative is available.
Thank you for making the 'quantum leap'!
