  • IS not wearing shoes helping because, you dont want the soles of your shoes destroyed, and flattened, or because it works stability muscles in the foot?

  • @Biggerblue666 its for the correct form and technique. sneekers and shoes which have not a flat sole will give you an instable form. its also much safer and i think you get more grip and can press more through the heels
