I prefere it 'cause of hand tools you used for arrowshafts and it is almost totally same (traditional)way as i do(though i use only wood rasp and sendpaper,it takes more time).Nice idea is to secure feathers by tar(if i undestood good).I still didn't try forging the arrowhead.

Schau mal nach Zedernholz. Für den Anfang reicht aber auch Kieferleiste aus dem Baumarkt, dunkel gebeizt.

Spitze schmieden: vietel bis halbe Stunde; Pfeil auch so...
