Not really.. if they had just made over 30 finishing moves and another 30 finishing moves in rage mode and randomized them out for all the other gangs that'd be way better.

Tell me about it, i really hate that. I want them to be indifferent, be original, they should have done a better job giving them their unique signature moves. I hate how they just toss around Ajax special to almost everyone, makes Ajax looks cheap. I dont see Swan moves get distributed, every fighter from all gangs, all fights the same; feels like only one fighter in the game.

Yeah it sucks. However, SOME guys have different moves, like all the Destroyer Warcheifs, and some gangs like the Punks and Satan's Mothers have kinda different things.
