Imagine seeing that thing fall onto your leg, not only the intenst pain but the horrible view you have of the tiny gap of wall in which your leg is stuck, you can feel your foot on the other side as it flopped down against the wall, on nothhing but a flap of skin. Then comes the horrible realization that your stuck.... That what little hope you have of saving your foot is going away every second. The circulation is cut right off.

I recently dislocated the 4th and 5th metacarpals in my hand, the bones pushed back and onto the top of my wrist. It wasnt the intense pain that got me, it was the huge bulge of bone in the skin which freaked me out. I cant workout for 6 weeks, working out is my life. I also was told that i most likely will never be able to train my grip again, something that has become like a hobby to me. KNowing how this event struck me, i cant imagine what he had to go through. Shame on you for mocking him.
