Hi birdog, yes, it is still the simplest way to make a website that is compliant with all the technical standards that the search engines insist on. The only drawback I have is that it can only be licensed and used on one computer at a time. With cloud computing becoming more popular I'm sure they will be looking seriously at this soon.
I am just wondering if this is still the great platform that you said. I am looking to buy xsitepro, and why I landed on your video. With so much nice things said about this, and with keeping seo in mind. I would love to know if this or wordpress is better. Thank you.
is there somehow a way to open a xsitepro file into a dreamweaver? when i made a website in xsitepro, it was .xse and want somehow to open it on dreamweaver... anyway how to do that?
Good question. I'll have to look to see if XsitePro has a "save as" feature which would allow you to change the file extension. I do 2 things. I cut and paste code into an open xsitepro project ( when building a custom header for example) or I modify the file after it has been uploaded to the cpanel ( for pages not included in the template). Just remember that refreshing your website will alter anything still in the xsitepro template.
Thanks for your comment. I`m trying to show practical demonstrations of an actual website being made. Experienced expert users will probably go duhhhhh but I've been where the novice is and want to diminish the pain I went through. But thanks...I'll try to incorporate more important aspects in the future videos...Please feel free to let me know how I can improve....

Very good overview! I'm a new user and this is one of the better videos showing the basics to get started quickly.

As a new user of XSitePro 2, I find this to be a
very good overview. It's a great program - very easy and quick - but some learning is needed and this certainly helps.
