How To:

Make an item ethereal:

-Basic1 -"Item is Ethereal Flag" - True

Add Sockets:

-Basic1 -"Item Is Socketed Flag" - True -Other -Number of Sockets (If you want more go to Magic/Magic Attribute #/Extra/Increased sockets.

Change Base Defense:

-Other -Defense

Just right click the item, left click change deffence, you have the choice to make it max defense, or change it manually. Also the same way for ethreal, left click make item ethreal.

right click on the item click ETHERAL and select etheral or remove etheral, for the defence right click on the item go to DEFENSE and set to max defense
