@purerko1 right but what i always disliked about him is his complete inability to kill even when its obviously the only solution which you see in this scene the joker cant and will never stop doing things like killing for a laugh and theres no jail able to keep him from escaping for another killing spree if the batman just put the joker down he could have saved hundreds of people instead he just rinses and repeats the whole thing over and over

I'd expect something like that to stop Batman, at the risks of thousands of lives and his conflicting morals of life, he'd never be able to stop Joker. At least not in the comics or TV show anyway, that's pretty sad but then again, in a way Batman needs him. I guess.
