She had a target over this woman's name, and used as a catchphrase "don't retreat, reload." Even if this wasn't her, you can't help but realize how irresponsible her actions and rhetoric were.

The video has been spliced. You can tell by putting your finger on the top edge of the video as it's playing. When the commercial comes on, notice how the top edge of the video jumps up above where your finger is. It's clearly a spliced video.
