I just finished a video with this song, in the same fandom. You beat me to it, far and away, and it's a lovely tribute to the 10/ Rose 'ship. Really, it's just beautiful. this video is just so them. it's like he can change so much of what happens in history but he can't ever save himself or those close to him. the world just has to continue spinning madly on. good lord it's been years since doomsday and it still gets me!
Hmmhmm... It makes me think of sad endings in books (like when someone dies/has to leave a certain person and yet everything has to go back to normal... But there is still a scar there and it will never go away.)
